Have you checked out the SparkPeople workout videos? I really do enjoy them!! I also heard this off of Biggest Loser but when you are watching TV, during the commercial break, do some squats until the program comes back on. Just remember, any little movement can lead to big succuss!! 1909 days ago
It sounds deceptively simple, but when I started, it helped me a lot to march in place and/or dance in place while I watched some favorite t.v. shows. I made it a goal to do 10 minutes a day, but usually once I got started, I could make myself do more. And I agree with Judith316: the 10-minute videos with Coach Nicole are surprisingly good. I do a lot of Spark Chair Exercises with Coach Nicole, she has a lot of good fitness ideas and takes you through a great workout, I encourage you to check out the SP fitness page, I'm sure there are some exercises that would help you, I do chair fitness because I am a wheelchair user, I also do some exercises that are meant for the floor for tightening ABS on my bed, that is the only place where I can lie flat and be safe.
