It's been a while since I felt stronger. I am on a new plan where I watch my macros (carbs, Fat, and protein). We weigh our food and measure everything and track it. We also do compound strength training 3 days a week. I gotta say, I feel pretty good after just one full week. I am down 2.5 pounds.
Monday, Wed, Friday - Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead shoulder press, and Barbell Bench press.
I havent been able to increase my weights just yet but we are easing into it.
