Wow can you believe it the 21st of Sept. where did the month go.... emoticon

making my plan for Oct. with the holidays in mind....I like to get at least 5 pounds off before helps me stay in my weight range during the Thanksgiving and New Year holiday season.....

I am also looking for new recipes, easy healthy, with lots of veggies in them ...any ideas please send them my way... emoticon
