Blc expectations for myself

Hey all,
So what do I want to accomplish this round? I want to lose 12 pounds as compared to the six I pledged this time. I want to get in my 8 cups a day...so far so good on that one! I also want to increase my strength training...I don't do any strength training when it's not part of the challenge. Finally, I want to aim for perfect scores at least half of the weeks for the wec...finally succeeded last round in getting a couple perfects and it felt great!

    I think you are on the right path. You have the want to and you have your plan. If I remember right your mom is going to try with you. That always helps to have a buddy. Never get discouraged if you have a small setback just start right back with the next bite.j emoticon

    Very nice to see so many making commitments to themselves by blogging their BLC 26 Expectations - I am feeling inspired to do so :-)

    YOU CAN DO THIS - as to strength training little steps - maybe try mini sessions, in an ad break during tonights tv or in the hall on the way back from the bathroom etc :-) It all adds up emoticon
