Still having trouble being consistent

I'm still struggling with making good food choices. I know what I should be doing, but can't seem to get it done. I exercise some, but not every day and still find myself making poor food choices. I know I'm not the only one in this boat, but it is frustrating.

    We've all been there, just keep working towards the healthier lifestyle. One tip is to have healthy food like fruits, nuts, or healthy grains on hand so you can reach for them instead of the junk. Also, try to sneak in a few minutes of exercise at a time. It's easy to find excuses for 30 minutes or an hour, but I'm sure you can find 2 minutes here and there to exercise. Those little bursts add up and make a difference in your attitude as well. It's so much more fun to say "I did it!". Keep at it and I know you'll reach your goals if you put your mind and focus to it.

    If you have junk food in your house, toss it! You can't eat what you don't have on hand. If all you have are healthy choices, you can't help but make the right decisions! Good luck! emoticon
