Thank you BEINGERIN

Wednesday, September 24, 2014

I just want to say to anyone reading this. Small things mean so much to some people. You never know who may be down in the dumps, confused, frustrated, lonely or in need. Simply remembering someone and checking in can do so much for some people, like me.

Thank you for the support of those who have commented and emailed me over the past several months. You all motivate me as much or more than I motivate you. And Beingerin, thank you for offering your support and letting me know you noticed I wasn't around. You caring in such a simple way was just the thing I needed to get back on here and begin paying attention to my own needs again. I am one of those people who gives and gives to everyone around me and puts myself last. And I KNOW I need to take care of MYSELF. So, enough with sitting in my own thoughts and trying to find where I am needed. I need myself to get back into it and take care of me!

SO! I started working out and riding again every day. I have been working on getting that sweet tooth under control. I need to track my food and exercise again. And I need to blog more often to free my thoughts and transform them into positive energy. All this will bring me forward again and not stuck in the limbo land I stumbled into the past month or so.

Thanks for being YOU! emoticon emoticon

emoticon on getting back on track. You are so right sometimes a few words of kindness to someone to brighten up their spirit, make them smile, feel good about themselves and motivate them is all that's needed to lift their spirit and get back on track, this why I like Spark People so much. emoticon emoticon emoticon
