having trouble with my shift work and working out

I am finding this week very hard to work out, working 1 PM to Midnight for 4 days, then working till 2:30 AM Saturday and having to be at work the next day at 1 PM, it is crazy! trying to eat right and work out, how do people do it when they work like this?
I am trying and work out when I can when I work this shift and try my best to eat right, but am frustrated that this work shift leaves me so tired with so little time between sleep and work to work out and eat right, help anyone?????
