Abba, I need Your help. You know my heart and the turmoil my mind is going through.
You know that I want to heal, even when I don't want to get out of bed and feel the need to cry all day.

Today, my family plan to celebrate my birthday, early. So, help me not to put a wet blanket on their plans. (Great!? Now I have diarrhea) Fun?!

I need to be encouraging to my family and not loose track of looking to You.
You know and knew the diagnosis the doctor would give me and I am trusting You to hold my hand as I go on the Healing from grief Journey.
