i have have a terrible time getting back to excrise i used too excrise here and i did well i lost 50 pounds then things happened i went to listening to bad thoughts vibes again i have beeb told and lead to beleive im a nothing worth nothing and a nobody i met a friend here well it was acually 2 friends that are great leaders and helps so many people dusty/ pixie they made me think i was worth something and a s9omebody i need prayers and strength to carry on thank you emoticon

    Sending prayers to you. I was put down for years but now know I'm worthy and . . . SO ARE YOU!

    Do things just for YOU, exercise is a great pick-me-upper and even if you can just go for a walk, that's a great start. Go a little further each day, smile to yourself . . you'd be surprised what smiling can do for you.

    Often, the people who tell us we are nothing and worth nothing are very insecure about themselves. Keep that thought in your mind and DO THINGS FOR YOU! Take care of you, the rest will fall into place.

    Judy, you are worth so much! God loves you and you need to love yourself. Don't worry about what others have said. I was put down all my life by people and I used to have terribly low self esteem. (And sometimes I still do.) So I know its hard to believe in yourself, but you have to do it. Get on track and it will make you feel better, a little more each day.

    As for exercise, your body will thank you for it! Start slow....try that DVD I sent you and even if you can only do five minutes of it at first, then do those five minutes to the best of your ability, and try to increase it a little each day until you can do the whole workout. Its fun to challenge yourself and see how much progress you can make. I believe in you and I am cheering you on.
