Canada's capital is under attack

I am parked in front of my tv watching the events in Ottawa unfold. Please pray for us as we deal with this. At least two Canadians have been wounded and one gunman is dead. My dd's friend who works on Parliament Hill is safe but the situation is still in progress.

    Lynette, I am visiting my parents in Hamilton right now - we are watching this on tv too. It turns out that the soldier shot at the War Memorial was from Hamilton - one of the Hamilton Argyles. First yesterday in PQ, now this today...... not good.

    I'm watching it right now . RCMP are announcing all citizens to stay away from parliament hill. I live in Ontario, my family is with me right now listening to what is happening there. Good to know that you dd's friend is safely out of harms way.
