Day 3 oh more silly things to do

I love the walk away the pounds DVD...they are easy and they helped me when I started this journey....so I use a lot of those steps when I could just be standing still...

I march or step when i am washing dishes, peeling eggs, cutting veggies, anytime I'm at the sink just using my hands ...I move my legs...sometimes doing back kicks, side kicks....

when folding clothes , I add steps to putting away my clothes instead of taking the pile of clothes I take them one at a time....you would be surprised the steps you can add to a day....

another tip....when I am having a day when I am just hungry, not sure why but at least once a week I am hungry all day no matter what I eat I am hungry....or think I am....I cut all my food up in to small pieces...I don't eat more, I will cut each veggies or fruit in to lots of pieces...cut my meat in to many many piece than I make myself eat each piece ....not a mouth full one piece at a time and ....I have to eat at the kitchen table...no TV no reading no distractions.....this really helps me....I get tired and bored and then find something else to do....drinking a 16 oz glass of water before each meal helps too...you get full faster..of course we all know slow down....put that fork down between each bite....
all this might seem silly or even stupid....but hey it works for me
find what works for you and have fun with it.....
take the steps when ever possible
