Starting another week

This next week instead of trying to avoid candy (which I will follow the same rules as last week. I must bring my own candy and account for it if I do have some - can't eat my co-workers because I didn't buy it and didn't plan to account for it) I am going to focus on adding water to my regimen. I find it hard to drink, and this is one thing that I have not been able to consistently do! How can I know if drinking water will help with weight loss if I haven't done this? How can I know if it will help me feel better with less joint pain and better sleep if I don't try this and really see where it can take me?
