Starting another week

Sunday, October 26, 2014

This next week instead of trying to avoid candy (which I will follow the same rules as last week. I must bring my own candy and account for it if I do have some - can't eat my co-workers because I didn't buy it and didn't plan to account for it) I am going to focus on adding water to my regimen. I find it hard to drink, and this is one thing that I have not been able to consistently do! How can I know if drinking water will help with weight loss if I haven't done this? How can I know if it will help me feel better with less joint pain and better sleep if I don't try this and really see where it can take me?

I can tell you this, before I started exercising I would get horrible knots, spasms and charlie horses in my legs, even when I was sleeping and the pain would be so bad I would wake up screaming in pain, which I hoped would stop when I started to exercise regularly but they didn't stop not until I started drink a lot of water every day. I drink 80+ ounces of water a day and my legs feel great, good luck.
