I was really not feeling well last week. Didn't get in many swims. Didn't track most of the week.

Weight is holding steady. I finally did some grocery shopping so there's some food in the house. Still need more veggies.

I'm kind of taking it easy, though. Still not feeling great.

Just wanted to say, I did not disappear!
