Day 8...healthy snack foods I love

I love to snack and nibble....as I have stated before I'm a grazer, I'm not much for big meals....
so a few of my snacks are easy and I keep on hand

Like I said yesterday I bake eggs for the week I have 2 egg whites each day for the protein and because I really like them, I'm not much for the yokes so I toss them, when we had a dog I use to give them to her....
egg whites are filling for me, they seem to satisfy my hunger and they go good with other foods as well.

a few other favorites are humus, 2 table spoons are about 50 calories, and with a medium red pepper which is about 32 calories it's less than 100 calories...and so very yummy and good for you ......

celery about 200 grams is only 32 calories with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (no added sugar, fat or salt) which is about 82 calories....just a bit over 100 cals....that crunch seems to satisfy my need for crunch and well I just love natural peanut butter....

cucumbers are 97% water so you can eat a lot of them 200 grams is only 32 cals....add your favorite low fat cheese for 60 cals....you have a great snack, that is filling too...

Krafts Chocolate fat free sugar free pudding is one of my go to snacks when I am craving something sweet and creamy...only 60 cals so you can even add 2 tbts. of real whipped cream for 15 cals....and it's still not 100 calories...

One of my favorite snack bars are the Southbeach diet bars ...I like the whipped chocolate almond ones best, they are the best 100 calories I allow myself to have....not sure how healthy they are but they do have 6 gms of fiber, 6 grs of protrien 7 grms of sugar.....I love them with a hot cup of tea...

there are so much more but I think you get the idea...there are plenty of healthy snack if you plan and have the good stuff on hand...

the best tips I learned from Dr. Phil was....if it's not here I can't eat it....
