Back on track

I have once again gotten way off track. So I thought I would make some clear goals and focus on them to try to stay focused during the holidays. Last year I gained a few pounds during this time.
Here are my 2 main goals for November:
1. Stay in my calorie range. (This has always been very hard for me, but it's time I get it together. I can do it if I really try)
2. Do 1/2 hour of cardio every day. ( I have been walking, but I can do more. I need to be out of breath and sweating)
It's time I step up and do what I need to do.
