Back in the saddle again. I am keeping track of what I am eating. I just have to eat better at each meal. Kinda skipped breakfast today and Mcdonald lunch, still fits into my limits, but I need to drink diet pop. Old habits keep sneaking in. I am tracking my blood sugar as I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am working thru my denial and not wanting to be on insulin. Will see how things go if I can control my bad eating habits and make them good one's I just might have something going.

Onto other things.
