Spark Coach change

I have been enrolled in the Consistency and Motivation program since joining Spark People in June. This morning, as I entered the final week of the Fall 5% Challenge, I realized I have been staring at the same numbers on the scale for the past 6 months. I have fluctuated from time to time, even seeing a number that has been evasive for about a year, but even that was about 2-3 pounds from where I am now. That's when it occurred to me to try the Plateau Busting plan with Spark Coach. I already noticed how the daily goals are very different from the C&M plan. For example, tracking a NSV every day to keep me motivated is something that I just don't do. I am very excited to take a new approach to my weight loss goal.
Have any of you made it through a bugger of a plateau? This is the thing keeping me from a very attainable goal weight.
