Sit Down and Exercise

Exercise is a bane to my existence even when I'm feeling good. When I have a foot ulcer on the bottom of one toe that is so sloooooooow healing, when my podiatrist tells me to walk as little as possible, most exercise goes out the window!
I have taken up using free weights (2 pounders) for my arms and seated stretches and "walking" as I sit. I found a great 11 min cardio seated video and its great too. This limitation has really been a challenge!
I'm going on my fifth week of getting the foot wounds healed up. One has healed. The toe one won't quit yet. And once its healed I get to explore my next ne adventure:
Diabetic Shoes!
