It's Thanksgiving week...

Do you have a plan for healthy eating??
or do you just wing it......

My plan is to eat lighter each day till Thursday, till turkey day....I love turkey, I love stuffing , I love pumpkin pie.....but I don't love weighing in on Friday morning and seeing a huge gain...
So eating lighter during the week, no dessert , no extra treats....I save all those calories for Thursday...
I still watch portions....

I have all my favorites, and load up on raw veggies...too...
not a complicated plan...but it has worked for me in the past and I'm sure it will work this time too...

ONE BIG THING IS I STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD TABLES, I FOCUS ON FAMILY, I TRY TO KEEP BUSY HELPING, I EAT LAST...I EAT SLOW AND I SAVOR EACH BITE...
IF SOME ONE ASKS IF I WANT MORE I SAY THANKS I'LL GET IT LATER....LATER NEVER COMES.....OR I SAY I HAVE HAD THAT IT WAS SO YUMMY ....

this was something I also do but forgot to add...
I don't bring home any of the left overs....I let the rest of the family have them.....as you if they are not there I can't eat them......
