Here I am ready to answer to the best of my ability....
I got points for 3 new recipes...Total 30
Fitness..try a new exercise..
1-new yoga DVD
2-new Country Line Dance DVD..that is exercise believe me...
3-new Tia Chi DVD
4-new jump rope ...oh yeah I got me one!!!
Something I have always wanted to try but haven't...Skydiving
What is stopping you? Common sense ..why should anyone jump out of a perfectly good plane!!! On a more serious side..tis expensive and perhaps I am a wee bit skared!!
How do you keep your routine from getting too routine? How do you keep things fresh?
Well I have a fairly large collection of DVD's...Richard Simmons and others..so I alternate thru those. Sometimes I will set up a weeks worth of programs ahead..other days I will just blindly grab a DVD and DO it. Some times I will just decide to work out while watching a tv show..instead of doing a DVD..
Something new I tried recently...twas my new yoga DVD...
How did it feel? Great at the time..discovered places that could hurt that I did not even know I had the next day..but did it again and will continue to do so until it is mastered..then will move on to even more difficult poses...
