Today I am planning for a healthy Dec.

I am planning on ending the year with health as my top issue....

It has been a good year, I feel more confident with my weight loss and my relationship I have developed with food.....I have come to understand food is not good or bad.....food is fuel.....
even though it can make me happy for a few minutes or make me feel less lonely for a while, in the end if I over eat eat I can feel bad about myself....

So now I don't let food guide or control me....I plan meals, I know portions, I work hard to remove processed foods from my daily menu....I cook at home most of the time....I am worth all the effort it take to be healthy and happy...
I have learned pride in myself, I smile when others try to tell me what I should or should not be doing..because I know what works for me....I know what is healthy for me...
I am so blessed to have found Spark people 8 years ago, and still follow they healthy ideas....
small changes do add up....looking at the positive, finding a deep love for myself really does work...

Lets all end 2014 with healthy minds and bodies.....we are worth it...
