    emoticon and keep getting back on track. We all fall off and it's just important to keep getting back at it.
    You posted a positive message when I wrote on my blog about my plantar fasciitis. I've come so far from that but not without bumps. The holidays are hard, but I just keep starting fresh.
    Remember you're not alone here at SP.
    Take care and every day is an opportunity to start fresh. I hope you get some long streaks in in 2015!
