Ya know what I mean..you wake all ready to get it done..this is while in bed right!

Then from somewhere ...ATTITUDE sneaks up and whispers suggestions...

Right behind those suggestions comes temptations and excuses...

But ,,,if you do force yourself from your warm cozy comfy bed...you grab a coffee ..then...

Now having gotten your blood to 90 proof caffeine ..you begin to think that a date with

your exercise guru is in order. Todays plan is set right? A bit of movement makes you feel.

However we need to remember that it is all in how you see yourself...

Having now visualized how you want to be..what you are working for...it is time to move...
Suddenly you realize it is time for.....Last Chance Workout....Going For It!!

And now the day is better..your attitude is better and life is once again glowing...because...

If we can just remember to take that first step..it all seems to fall in place ...

Now at the end of the day ...

May your nite be restful and your tomorrows full of joy....
