I can't believe how I can quickly stop doing something I start. I was going to come here everyday, HA! I can see it's been a while. Dr. appt Monday and I actually went from 198 lbs to 193 lbs. I was like wow! I didn't even try to do that. I have so much going on inside me. Diabetes, kidney stone (that truly was fun) another on the way. Need to drink plenty of fluids so as not to be dehydrated. I need to quit smoking and start walking. What else do I need to do, lose the rest of my weight. I promised my dr. if I can't manage myself in the next 4 months I will go on all the pills she wants me on to stablelize my body. O yes, High Blood Pressure, I reached the peak on that one. Wow! I really need to get with the program. I am working on my daily food intake. Really interesting and tedious to figure out what I need to eat to meet the daily goals.
