This just about sums it up right now--
The candies/cookies, eaten to-day, will have to be pulled off the ol' body in January--- Fresh raw crunchy fruits and veggies will be devoured to-day---

I have not eliminated CRAP as defined in the graphic from my diet; but adding more basic, less processed food has squeezed out a lot of CRAP I used to eat. I suppose I could totally eliminate carbonated beverages, but I haven't. I don't think I can ever eliminate all refined sugar, artificial foods, and processed food. It is my hope that if these are a small enough portion of my diet, I'll be okay.
I do love my fresh fruits, though. They have squeezed most (but not all) of the candy I used to consume out of my diet. 1820 days ago
I went to Hannibal yesterday to pick up a gift I ordered on line to be delivered to the store by Friday. They couldn't fine it. Came home to an e-mail from the store saying the package was there. Ugh.....
Now up and headed out as soon as the sun come up. Big consultation is I can have breakfast with my sister this morning. Yea....
Hope the weather has warmed up a bit. Supposed to here, but the forecasters can't get the weather right if they're standing out IN it! LOL Have a great weekend. 1820 days ago
