After the flying trapeze class, I had to find other aerials to try. I'm in the middle of a "taster" series of aerials classes at the Circus School of Arizona. Today's class was aerial silks! This exercise requires strong upper body and core. I'm not really strong enough, so the instructor did help me quite a bit. If I continue taking aerial silks, I can see that my core & upper body will become much stronger!
