Goal Setting...how? why? will it work?

That is the first thought! you gotta believe! How can you achieve anything if you do not believe you can do it!!

Lots of good ideas there..browse thru and see if there is a few items you can use to help you on your journey!

Ok, now to the goals issue..

First ..only set goals that you know are achievable..do not decide to lose massive amounts of weight in minimal amounts of time. It is hard on your body..stresses your heart and the chances of you gaining it back are nearly 100%.

Choose a measurable goal. ..


Do not eliminate foods that you will end up binging on..tis better to have one chocolate square a day built in than to end up eating the whole box of chocolates on a bad day! I say chocolate only because it is one of my greatest weaknesses..cause I believe..

As to the why? Well if you do not have any goal in mind how will you decide what you wish to attain. It does not have to be weight oriented ..it could be an activity emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon or climbing a 14K..or swimming the English Channel... emoticon Seriously we need goals to guide our journey!

Will it work? hmmmmmm..now that is up to you!

A cruel truth ..but truth none the less...so make good choices..set realistic goals..then
