Hi Sparkers. Ooops, haven't been here much again. Well, I have still been working on my physical fitness though I may need to blog more to help me learn the discipline I need for run training and cross training. I have a plan for eating that is going to be refined as I go along. 2015 is going to be a year dedicated month-to-month with activities and choices focused on improving my fitness. It doesn't feel like drudgery or something I have to do. A plan has formed and my lessons are on the execution and I'm very willing to learn as I go.
I hope your goals and your plans are getting clearer and clearer. May inspiration find you every day. There is a spark in each of us.
