Fresh Start

Today I determined to make a fresh start on my fitness. I've achieved my fitness and weightloss goals before, and I know I can do it again. Why didn't I maintain? Life happens. Challenges and life changes can be all I am able to handle for a time, and then there comes the day when I know I want to go back to taking care of what I've been neglecting while I handled other things. Today is that day.
Today I logged onto my spark page and set up new goals.
Today I bought a spark activity tracker.
Today I went to the gym with my daughter and worked out 35 minutes.
Today, I'm ready to start again. See you tomorrow.
