To deal with a craving:
substitute another treat;
call a friend and talk;
try various points of accupressure;
get away from it for 20 minutes (leave the room!);
eat something else that is very strong-flavored;
go smell something you really like; or
tap (your feet, your head, your fingers on a table, your chest....preferably watch yourself tapping);.
And how do YOU deal with cravings?
