Streaks

I've been working out a lot but I do take a day or two off now and then. That ruins my exercise streaks. My exercise streak is now only 2 days. I will create a goal to have an exercise streak of at least 10 minutes (many times I do 30 minutes or more) for 100 days. I don't know too much about milestones, but I believe there will be milestone rewards from SparkPeople along the way. WooHoo...this will be huge if I can do it.

In the meantime, my signing in streak is going well at 23 days.
