Reasons for Losing Weight

Today, I weighed 191.9 which is down from 195. This is exciting to me but I also beat myself up because I know that at the end of the school year last year I weighed 174. I have to lose almost 20 lbs just to get back to where I was. All this effort could be spent reducing my size from 174 and lower but because this summer I just went crazy on vacation camping and boating with my husband and not watching what I ate I am up. I am so mad at myself.
I know that I have to look forward and not look back. I have to start from where I am today and just go from here. I am worth every step that I take. I am worth losing every pound that I lose. So instead of beating myself up for indulging, I thought I would share with y'all some of my own personal joys / reasons that I look forward to for when I lose weight...
I can't wait to be able to tie my shoes while still being able to breath...
I can't wait to fit in my clothes better.
I can't wait to not have a fold in the front of my tummy. (no picture needed ... you're welcome).
Those are just a few.
I enjoy eating health and truly feel that when I eat unhealthy it is more of an emotional issue and a habitual one rather than a hunger issue or a food issue.
I would love for some of you to share some of your joys / reasons / or day dream fantasies of what it will be like when you lose your weight with me. Maybe you have thought of some that I have not.
