Week1 BSG December goals over and january goals are here Penquins

m December goals were pretty simple. I unfortunately only managed to meet two of those goals. My 8 glasses of water a day and getting my exercise up to 50 minutes a day.
January goals are pretty much the same. Being consistant with my exercise and work harder on my nutritional goals. Keep up with my water consumption. Try to find more activities that will get me out of the house. If I can do that I think my nutritional goals will fall in line.
