Week1 BSG December goals over and january goals are here Penquins

m December goals were pretty simple. I unfortunately only managed to meet two of those goals. My 8 glasses of water a day and getting my exercise up to 50 minutes a day.

January goals are pretty much the same. Being consistant with my exercise and work harder on my nutritional goals. Keep up with my water consumption. Try to find more activities that will get me out of the house. If I can do that I think my nutritional goals will fall in line.

    Debbie, you mentioned in my blog you'd like to know more about the Fast Metabolism Diet. Here is a link to a page that gives you some information about the eating plan. If you think you're still interested after that then you need to buy the book. You can get on or someplace like Barnes & Noble's. Other than that I think you have set some great goals for this month!
