She is back!

Been a long road to being here the last couple of days. I am so glad that this year I can finally get to and finish what I started oh so very long ago! I have done fairly well for myself. I have managed to keep off about 50 lbs of what I originally lost but now I am working hard to get to the goals that I have set for myself. I will not let excuses get in my way anymore because I will just have to work around them! I have committed to myself the things that I want and I am not stopping until I have achieved those things then I will come up with more! I have learned so much over the years and have been faced with so many around me with so many health issues. Myself included and it just drives my passion to do this and help others more each day. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto' s which apparently is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks the thyroid. I keep my daily diet of food pretty healthy most of the time and was exercising very hit and miss. My dr stressed the importance of cleaning up my diet more and exercising daily to keep things in check and from not getting any worse. It is also apparently why I have had such a hard time losing weigh though. It is possible I am just gonna have to work a whole lot more! While I am still learning about everything that is going on with me. I am doing whatever it takes on my part. Seeing all the health issues aging family is having makes me want to do whatever it takes to change my life and continue those habits that I need to for the rest of my life. I want to be that grandma at 85 that could still do a cart wheel and is tone and fit. You can't believe. there is no way that she can be that age.would be the comments coming from everywhere. So I am back and doing whatever it takes to get myself to that stage in my life! I am back to share my journey with everyone I can and help spread the awareness that the things that we do truly do effect us more than we know. We have to get up and eat clean healthy whole foods and exercise everyday all of us! We need to be active our bodies where designed for it! Movement is a must and it takes good healthy foods to move it correctly and give it what it needs! I hope if your reading this that you are taking that journey as well. I hope if your struggling that you will reach out for support from others, and never give up. It needs to become a part of your everyday life just like brushing your teeth or going to the bathroom or sitting down and eating or watching that tv show or facebook or whatever time. You have to make time to do this just like you make time for those things. I am back and doing it and if your not I hope this will inspire you to get up and do it to!
