Vitamins and Therapy

I needed some therapy today, so I called my mom to chat for awhile. Church was cancelled tonight because of the icy conditions. Since I can go to bed extra early, I opted out of taking a nap and instead chose the comfort of my mother's voice. We didn't talk about anything in particular, just small talk, but it was just what I needed.

I have healthy smoothie planned for each day this week. I couldn't find any decent cucumbers or avocados which is disappointing, but I'll get by with just spinach and kale. I know that on days I have my smoothies, I feel fuller and more satisfied. There's only one day for sure that I will be out late, so there is no excuse for not getting to bed at a decent hour all week.

My food choices have been horrid the last few days, but that always seems to be the way it is when I am overly tired. Sleepiness is my worst trigger. So I am planning to stave it off with early bedtimes and lots of nutrients.
