A Belated Happy New Year!!!!

Well, a start of a new year, looking forward to it. My eating habits are still pretty good, and my portions are getting smaller. Still love junk, will probably never give up junk, but it has a much smaller portion of my daily diet.

I've been able to bundle up and walk to work and I get out at lunch. It's just too cold and miserable to walk home from work. But as soon as I can I will. I've been sleeping much more soundly, still not a full 8 hours, sometimes only 5 or 6 but they're solid hours of sleep, I'm not up every 45 minutes with restless legs, a dry throat, leg/foot cramps, or having to pee. My father and mother get up during the night as well, and I've been able to sleep through that too.

I've given myself a few more pedi's, must work on the mani's.
