I had my weigh in this morning and am down to 169. When I started on my Weight Watchers diet in Sept. I was 194 pounds. I have lost 25 pounds. My goal is to be down to 125. I'm almost there!
I want to encourage everyone to keep going. Several times, I would notice that I would gain back a pound or two one week then lose it the next week. I was starting to get frustrated, but with the help from my Spark friends and WW friends, I'm sticking with it and trying new weighs of getting my weight off and keeping it off.
