1/18 Gym! Yoga advice pls!?❤️

i finally went back last night! It's been months and oh my gosh it felt great. I was only there an hour but completed 3 miles on the treadmill.
20 minute treadmill
10 minute on this machine that I cannot find the name of. Not a rower; it doesn't work the legs as well. Focuses on shoulders and arms. Reminds me of doing arm circles with resistance.
30-40 minutes on elliptical
20 on bike
5-10 in eucalyptus room (WAY better than a sauna!)

I want to add in yoga of some sort? I've dealt with so much depression and severe anxiety for 4+ years. My dad left a week before my 17th birthday. So I'm still hurting from that and this living situation I've been put into makes everything worse. I have no friends to go to. I moved 3 hours away. There's my mom, little sister, & bestfriend (who lives 2,117 miles away.) There's all this tight tension built inside me, it physically hurts. I think adding in yoga may help.
If anyone has any suggestions, advice, apps, or plans, that would be lovely. 💜✨
