Week 3 blog GOALS or RESOLUTIONS! Penquins team

We are supposed to blog about whether to make goals or resolutions.
For many years I made resolutions at New Years to lose weight. The problem I have with resolutions is that it is hard to stick with a set resolution. Like I am going to lose 50 lbs this year.
With using goals as my objectibe to lsing weight I find it easier to reach my ultimate goal of weight loss. I normally go week by week with my goals changing those goals as they need to be changed to suit my purpose. There are the those goals that do not change such as drinking my water every day. Getting at least 3 days of cardio in a week. Trying to stay in my nutritional goals for each day.
