So close to the first goal....

So we got off around 10:30 tonight, very unusual for a Tuesday. So I told myself " self, you are going to the gym tonight". So with a pep on my step I changed into my workout clothes , grabbed my membership card and off I went!
I got an hour in tonight.
My eating was also very much back on track today and nothing detailed me. I am so close to my first months goal I can taste it. I'll definitely be nervous come time to weigh in. Even though I did not eat the best for a few days, I'm not going to let myself go back into old habits.
So overall this week I have made it to the gym twice so far, I stuck to my eating plan and avoided pop.
I'm also very happy I will have two days off this week instead of one. I wasn't able to meal prep last weekend, but with my mom doing the journey with me, I don't have to worry about what's in the fridge or cabinets. Friday is payday and the weekend is going to be gym time, homework, and meal prepping. Then next month I will have to try to avoid all of the sweets that will come from my hunny for Valentine's day AND our 3 year anniversary.
