A note for myself: Stretching and weights are great but MY body needs much more cardio in order to run correctly. Blood sugars rise when I don't do enough cardio EVERY DAY!

I finally feel like I am almost on the other side of a very rough year. I am not out of the woods yet, and I still have people in my life going through extremely rough times that I am trying to be there for. But with that aside, I feel a glow within.

I need to kick myself in the behind EVERY DAY! Keep the momentum moving forward! Health better ...check, family better... check, exercise better... check, finances better...check! This will allow for a freer year for me and my family. I know there will be struggles and glitches in the year, but planning and tackling is key! Follow through! JUST KEEP GOING! No matter what tries to stand in my way.

My blood sugar is a constant struggle. I have to keep telling myself that I can only do what I can do. That it has a mind of its own. No matter what I do. I may not be able to kick the insulin completely no matter what all I do right. And I will have to be okay with that. BUT dang it! I am going to do all I can to get as close to great health as I can! I need to feel good, I deserve to feel great! I owe it to myself to do everything I can to be the best I can be.

I have probably told this all before. But it is worth saying again. Because I am worth it!

    You can say it all as many times as you need to, Kate. You are doing an amazing job (I'm pretty sure I've said that many times lol) and are such an inspiration to me! I know my workouts are way less than yours but I feel proud each time I do something for my body, so I know you have to be proud of yourself. emoticon
