65 minutes straight on the elliptical tonight. I feel great but holy. Key: • Playlist with the proper tempos. It helps more than I can really express. You get this groove going and it's much easier. & move your body a bit with the music. (Just maybe don't go all Holy Ghost! Lol ❤️) ...unless you have a home gym, whatever makes it better! • Distraction! Now music is mine. But a tv is great. Time goes by a lot faster. A book. • Mentality. So many times I thought about getting off. But you have to keep talking to yourself in your head. Think of that dress. That size you wanna be. The years you're adding to your life. Your kids. That reward. Push. • Goals. So first, I was only going to do 30 minutes. I hit it. But I wasn't done with my next mile. So I was going to finish the mile. Once I did, the calories weren't at a "x00" (ex. 300) number. So I wanted to reach it. At this point, I just needed to finish the hour. Never quit with 10 minutes or even 30 seconds left. ALWAYS keep pushing. Breath. Think. Work. 💕💁🎼 Current weight: 245 Goal weight: 150
