Life is good!

Sunday, January 25, 2015

Things are way better at my house.

Hubs and I worked through our financial issues. We have resumed saving with a vengeance and and I am feeling waa-aay more secure!

My foot wound has healed. I pray it stays that way.

I'm accepting my limitations. I have really adjusted my exercise and have let myself use a walker for any distance.

My fibro and other neuro pains are well controlled. I still struggle with spasms in my hands, feet and occasionally my legs. I plan to add magnesium as my rheumatologist recommended.

My blood sugars are within normal ranges. This has me so happy!. What worked for me was to eat more. My sugar spikes decreased and I was able to use less insulin to make these great results.

My supervisor has begun appreciating my work and our relationship is much improved. This has lowered my stress level and made my work-life a pleasure again.

Also this months I turned 61. No big ish.

I'm really glad that things are on track for you right now. When our life seems like nothing wants to be in its right place, it makes it really difficult to focus on and make ourselves a priority. So happy for you.

It sounds like things are going well. It's great that you are 61. I turned 70 recently -- an age I wasn't sure I would attain since both my mother and father weren't able to get to, but my mother was very sick from the age of 2 and my father smoked like a chimney.

Well, glad to hear things are turning around for you! Happy 61st! I'll be 61 next month too! It's good to greet another year feeling at least a little better than the previous year!
