I've been doing the 30 day shred for 20 days. Today I started level 3 which is my favorite so far (I still hate jumping jacks). I also started the T25 program today. I was surprisingly good. Sunday is the stretch DVD so I'm sure it'll be harder tomorrow but I'm super proud of myself.
My body is a but sore... We'll see what tomorrow brings.
