Week 3 2015

Up and down this week.
My Dad challenged me to run a 5 K so I started on the 5k team and completed week one. Delighted with myself.
I just found than on my non "run" days that I had no energy.
Trying to strike a balance between pushing myself and listening to my body.
Work is crazy and had to stay back on Friday which had an affect on the steps
But not working next weekend... Can't wait
