I FEEL GREAT!!!

Today I did my first official workout, a one mile walk video in just 20 minutes. I completed with just one break in between. I have been doing really well as far as eating, still struggling with counting calories, but however I am still paying attention to what it is I am eating. Week two and my mental alone has shifted in a wonderful direction and to add onto that, I have not encountered a headache in this timing. I am so excited for this JOURNEY. I have had some off days, but I've only allowed it to be a day, I have continued to push forward. I feel so GOOD!!! "Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going."
