Food is all entered in the nutrition tracker.

Dinner was a big bigger than it "should" have been--I felt over-full, which is weird, because that's my standard sub, so I'm surprised it was too big. Good, I guess.

Subbed sugar-free gum and water on my drive today, in place of the sunflower seeds, and with that, I've had Day 1 of abstinence in OA. I'm pleased. And scared. And okay with it.

Also switched to natural peanut butter (which is JUST ground peanuts...go figure!) So cut some sugar that way.

Cravings were not a problem today, but that's in large part due to the fact that I had ZERO TIME to think about food. Mondays are nuts.
