Late night snacks vs. Late night sweat

Being someone with a bad habit of late night snacking & staying up very late, I have found that working out at night really keeps me from doing that. (7-9) At least the snacking. Working on my sleep. if I just put my iPad away that would probably do the trick. Lol 🙊 This is on my mobile chat but yeah. Maybe this will help someone. ❤️

    I enjoy working out in the evening around those times as well. It helps me to to stay away from nibbling and gets me tired for bed time.
