First: Interval training is the best thing for everything when it comes to working out. So of course that applies! You're already burning more calories so now there goes even more :) Also: time efficient. Metabolism boosting. Enhances endurance. Pressing more with your heels focuses more on your hamstrings & butt. Front of your toes: Quads & front of thighs. Pedaling backwards on the machine helps target the top muscle of the four quads. (Middle of the thigh; prominent) Forwards: hamstrings & glutes Raising the incline a lot while going forward will really help tone your butt! No hands! This helps work your core. Avoid swaying much though. Keeping your hands on your hips will help keep you steady. You'll definitely feel this. What burns MORE calories: Increased resistance Intervals Increased incline ❤️
