So I was honest in my weigh in because I gave in for a date night last night. However, I have officially lost 8 pounds for the month!
So proud of myself, I made it to the low end of my goal while having a visit *hint hint*. That within itself is an accomplishment.
So here are my goal from this month and which ones I've hit
Meal Prep every weekend
Try New Foods
Go to the gym 3-5 times a week
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Be honest when I go off track, but get back on track
Try to lose 8-10 pounds by the end of the month
I'm so happy to say I've hit all of my goals for the month! A whole new accomplishment, I normally miss one.
I'm really proud of how much I've stuck to my guns and held myself accountable.
I am also signing up for the ColorMeRad 5k coming here to Columbus in April.
I even think two of my friends are going to do it with me this year * crosses fingers*. If any Sparkfriends in the area are looking to join I would love to run/ jog with you and meet you!
The group my friends made and this site has been a great support. I know I've been on here for over a year but I keep coming back and this is why. The support from others who have the same goal and the tips, recipes, and articles are also so helpful.
I think I would have floundered again if I didn't have this kind of support to keep me on track. So
to everyone who has been supportive!
